The hotel is centrally located near the border crossing, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, but a bit chilly at times. The staff was excellent and friendly. However, the lack of pet-friendly policy might be a downside for some travelers.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the staff understood my situation and provided excellent service, the room I initially had an issue with was not resolved to my satisfaction, leading me to switch to a different room. The location was decent, near the border crossing, but the noise from other guests until 3:00 a.m. was bothersome.
The hotel was conveniently located near the border crossing and in the center of everything, making it a good spot for attending concerts at Roots Bar. The service was excellent, with understanding staff who were very friendly. However, the dining options were limited to glazed cakes only. I enjoyed the clean rooms but encountered issues with the air conditioning. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
